Manara Restaurant is located in the Sheraton Hotel, facing the spectacular view of tel Aviv beaches and completes the Levantine experience that characterizes the restaurant. The restaurant space displays modern Israeli art. The menu is seasonal and includes carefully selected fresh local ingredients, fresh fish from the Mediterranean, organic vegetables, home-made pastas, a variety of oven-baked breads, quality cheeses and desserts made daily in front of diners, led by Chef Nimrod Hadas and his staff.

Manara Is a Lighthouse in Arabic, Designed to Serve As A Beacon For Navigational Aid And Find The Entrance To The Safe Shore. The Lighthouse Connects to Elements in The Restaurant Such as The Seagull Hanging Above the Bar and The Menu Which Includes Fresh Mediterranean Fish.

The restaurant is based on Levantine-Israeli cuisine,An Interpretation of the local Israeli culinary culture along with broad Mediterranean influences.
